BBL held the 2022 Semi-Annual Business Analysis Meeting.

"Creating value for customers is the meaning of our existence. Common growth based on value creation is the best way for us to thank customers and give back to customers." On July 11, at the BBL Group's mid-year business analysis meeting, President Ms. Zhang Xiaoling said so!

Different from the business analysis meeting that BBL holds every month, the mid-year business analysis meeting on July 11 stands in a position of linking the past and the future in a year. Standing at this time period, we look at the past, think about the future, and think about what we are in the end. Where did it come from, where it went, and the answer we gave is exactly the theme of this conference: create value for customers!

Creating value for customers is reflected in 100% matching of products, costs, delivery, services, and team resources. At the mid-year meeting, the group expounded the completion of the work in the first half of 2021 and the highlights and shortcomings of the work from the sales department and functional department, and made plans for the key work in the second half of the year, and cooperated with the departments to give suggestions and feedback on the report. Together, they pointed out the direction for the annual strategic goal of the comprehensive sprint in the second half of the year.

Creating value for customers is the common goal of the team. Only by believing in the power of the team and being loyal to customer value creation can we truly improve the organizational capability. Brainstorming is the tradition of the BBL Conference. At the mid-year conference, we still take the team as a unit, so that the collaborators from various departments can exert team cohesion and participate in every communication link.

Dedicated and powerful to love customers and go all out to fulfill the mission! In the work in the first half of 2022, we have gained summaries, lessons learned, and honor and modesty. On the special occasion of the mid-year meeting, the group commended and rewarded the Bell people who have made significant contributions to their struggles.

Finding reasons from results, methods from coordination, and benchmarks from excellence is ultimately to meet customer needs. In our daily work, although we are customers of each other, in the end our first customers are consumers. Only by identifying each other's first customers can we truly see what we ultimately hope to achieve and find a common value anchor.
