Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at BBL Floor. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 months. The total delivery time is the time we get your order manufactured plus the shipping time.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once the production of your order is completed, our salesman will contact you with the shipment status and provide the arrival bill of lading.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

BBL Floor is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Please check with the local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm tax and duty regulations and charges.

Notice that we reserve the right to refuse any international order solely based on our discretion.

Damages

BBL Floor is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receivedyour order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
