BBL advertises on FCW as a Premium Supplier

BBL Flooring, one of the leading manufacturers in the flooring industry, has always been customer-oriented. With its focus on product innovation through world-class research and development, BBL is committed to creating beautiful and sustainable products.

BBL has been exploring SPC Floor since 2015 which is the first enterprise to develop SPC in China. So far, BBL received the US, Canadian and European patents for SPC structure, production formula, and manufacturing process.   

BBL launched their Liteback ® technology in 2020, which uses a Valinge® patented process to mill grooves lengthwise along the backside of an SPC core.   While maintaining product appearance and quality, the material that is removed during this process is recycled back into production, thereby reducing raw material consumption by up to 20%.   The product is noticeably lighter and more efficient, reducing transportation costs and lowering carbon dioxide emissions.

BBL’s commitment to the environment goes beyond product manufacturing. Their installed 310,000 square foot rooftop solar panel provides power to support the manufacturing facility. Through the renewable energy of solar power, they have reduced the emission of greenhouse gases, while lowering the consumption of non-renewable energy.
